Can parents watch the sessions?

Of course, parents are more than welcome to attend the sessions. However, in order to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the work areas and engaging with the instructors during the session. After the session, we would be more than happy to schedule a time to discuss your young athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and development.

Do you teach pitchers how to take care of their arms?

We have implemented a comprehensive arm care program for our pitchers. It emphasizes proper pre-throwing and post-throwing arm care techniques to ensure their optimal health.

Do you teach you how to throw different pitches effectively and move the ball?

Pitchers should bring a hat, glove, flat-bottomed athletic shoes and cleats for pitching. It’s important to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
