Of course, parents are more than welcome to attend the sessions. However, in order to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the work areas and engaging with the instructors during the session. After the session, we would be more than happy to schedule a time to discuss your young athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and development.

Do you teach you how to throw different pitches effectively and move the ball?

In today’s environment, developing a diverse pitch repertoire with different ball movements such as 4-seam, 2-seam, change-up, curveball, cutter, or slider is crucial for pitchers. Therefore, it should be an essential aspect of every pitching program.

Will I receive any exercises or drills to work on afterward?

As a part of their training, each athlete will receive specific exercises and pitching drills that they can practice independently.

How long does a typical pitching lesson last?

Our pitching lessons last one hour and may extend slightly for post-session exercises.

What should I bring for my pitching lesson?

Pitchers should bring a hat, glove, flat-bottomed athletic shoes and cleats for pitching. It’s important to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
