Can parents watch the sessions?

Of course, parents are more than welcome to attend the sessions. However, in order to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the work areas and engaging with the instructors during the session. After the session, we would be more than happy to schedule a time to discuss your young athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and development.

Can you help improve my pitching velocity?

Our focus is on the development of the entire athlete by improving their endurance, strength, speed, and athleticism. By improving the athlete’s overall physical abilities and instilling proper mechanics, we promote a healthy approach to throwing the ball, resulting in higher velocity.

Does My Child Really Need a Pitching Coach?

Pitchers, no matter how talented they are, require coaches to support them. Pitching coaches can help with pitch design, identify mechanical issues, and provide mental preparation for game day.

Elite velocity and command in the big leagues are developed through years of instruction, allowing pitchers to understand their bodies and optimize their athleticism. This understanding leads to increased velocity, the ability to command multiple pitches for strikes, and overall better performance.

While physical ability is undoubtedly essential, taking pitching lessons from an expert coach can help you develop a strategy that plays to your strengths. If you aspire to become a top-notch pitcher, receiving professional guidance and training is crucial.
